About the event

Have you ever wondered why your blocks don't quite match in size, or how small inacccuracies add up over time? This workshop explores the techniques that help improve accuracy, efficiency and overall results at every stage of making a quilt. Participants will rotate through demonstrations which include accurately sewing 1/4 inch seams, accurate cutting, choosing and selecting appropriate needles and thread, borders and binding-options and pitfalls, selecting batting and what your long arm quilter wants you to know before you hand over your quilt.

    Come finish your quilts for the show, work with Kristie Shulman on your Maple Flurries quilt (she will be there for help and advice), or just come and sew with your quilting buddies.
